C和idates with degrees earned from foreign institutions must have a course-by-course evaluation completed with degree verification by an approved credential evaluation service as part of the application process.

C和idates for the MPH program may be asked to connect with faculty within the department of public health 和 prevention science to discuss this program 和 their goals to pursue a career in public health. The admission committee will contact c和idates to schedule these discussions once application 和 supporting credentials have been received.

When applying for admission to the 公共卫生硕士 program, c和idates are asked whether they have ever been found guilty of a misdemeanor or felony that was not expunged or sealed. C和idates with a criminal record that has not been expunged or sealed are not eligible for enrollment in the MPH program at 鲍德温华莱士大学. All students who enroll in the MPH program are required to complete both a civilian 和 a federal background check through the Bureau of Criminal Identification & 调查(BCI&I). Forms 和 details will be provided to all students who qualify for admission to the program. Although students with an expunged record may be eligible for enrollment 和 practicum placement in BW's MPH program, an expunged or sealed record may impact a student's eligibility to qualify for a professional license following completion of the program. Eligibility for a professional license such as Certified Public Health (CPH) is assessed by the professional licensing board.
